Dear Garten family, My heart is heavy to hear of the loss of your beloved mom and my life long friend, Jodie. I met her in middle school band, and continued our friendship in high school and on into college at UNC Greeley.She was a woman of strong faith, a faithful friend who knew from an early age that she wanted to work in the field of special education.Her church and family were the center of her life and she had immense love and pride for each of her precious children. Araya, Anya, Alyssa, Amber, Amy, AubreyEnna and Jordan - your mother's life continues through each of you. Love to you all during this time of great sadness.
