Wanda A. Owings, was born Wanda Dixon on November 16, 1941 and passed away on October 6, 2014.
She is survived by her children, Joel Beall and Jennifer Yandell and step-children, Richard, Jr. and Michelle Owings. Also surviving are her brothers, Royce Dixon and Gayle Dixon; her grandchildren, Christen, Robert, Brannon, Jordon, Nikko and Amber; her great-grandchildren, Jazmyn, Xavier, Allyadra, Robert Jr., Ashton, Maximus, Zeke, Lindsay and John Caleb.
Mom always talked about her Guardian Angel. Now she has joined their ranks, sprouted wings and can watch over all of us.
Wanda's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM with a time of Visitation beginning at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She is survived by her children, Joel Beall and Jennifer Yandell and step-children, Richard, Jr. and Michelle Owings.
