I met Ralph when he and I began teaching at Sproul Junior High. He continued on at Widefield High School while I moved to Cheyenne Mountain. We both started coaching the boys tennis teams, and I always looked forward to those matches. Ralph would catch me up on what he and his family were doing. I would see Ralph from time to time at various functions around town. The last time was at the Pikes Peak Center where Ralph was acting as an usher. He was quick to tell me about his grandson playing basketball at Lewis Palmer High School. Ralph was a devoted family man and very proud of his family. He will certainly be missed by all those who knew him
