Obituary for Michael Lorin Peterson
Michael Lorin Peterson passed away March 13, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Michael was born April 30, 1962 in Spokane, Washington to Merle and Eunice Peterson.
Michael, as a son of an Air Force Veteran, lived in England for many years, where his mother is from. He also lived in several states and in Germany. HIs home has always been Colorado Springs, which he loved. Michael right out of high school began working as a chef in healthcare. He spent the last 20 years work as a chef at the Colorado Springs Deaf and Blind School.
Michael was an avid fisherman and he loved fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with the friends he grew up with.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Eunice, and his stepson, Christopher.
Michael is survived by, his girlfriend, Amber Bowin, sister, Tracey (Kevin) Lawless, brother, Todd E. Peterson, stepchildren, Adam and Mandy, grandchildren, Erika Krause, Rylan Krause, Lilly Krause, niece, Elise Carter, and nephew, Michael Peterson.
Memorial Service will be held at 3:30PM, Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Victory World Outreach, 3150 South Academy Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80910.
