Condolence: What a loss this world has suffered in losing Peggy! I had the pleasure of working with her during the time we were each employees of the City of Colorado Springs. Peggy was always professional, but more importantly- she was personable. I admired her spunk and her ability to get things done. My condolences to her MANY friends and family members, as they walk through the grief of losing this bright light. You have only lost her physical body, her Soul will be right there lovingly watching over all of you. I am certain of that truth.....
