Michael Francis Frase was born in Dillon, Illinois on May 28, 1944 to Gilbert and Dona Frase. He was a long time Manitou Springs, Colorado resident. Michael was a General Contractor. He is survived by his daughter, Traci Pamplin and her husband, David.
