Condolence From: Caffeine Queen
Condolence: As many others will agree, Pat was the epitome of a Dazzling Diva! Her energy was contagious but she ran circles around us younger Divas. I doubt I'll ever forget the fun and crazy times traveling around the country to Red Hat conventions. Pat touched a lot of lives and will be so missed by her family and friends. Rest in peace friend.

Condolence: I agree with Karen on her personality. She was a strong lady, always bent on having fun and spreading smiles in her wake. We will miss her.

Condolence From: Karen Holton
Condolence: Pat will always hold a special place in my heart. At a time in my life when I really needed
help navigating life, she swept into my life, along with Judi McNair. We started the Dazzling Divas together & we had many totally enjoyable times. Pat brought sunshine with her wherever she went. She would go through the group to be sure everyone was having a good time. She totally lived the motto "there is no such thing as too much bling". She dove into dressing to the nines for the Red Hat functions. Her first Red Hat name was Baroness born to shop a lot & that fit her to a T. She loved shopping & would jump at every opportunity.
When she was diagnosed with cancer she attacked that like she would have a sale at Macy's. With tenacity & a smile. And she beat it back more than once. Last time I saw her was when she was cheerfully undergoing another bout of such a terribly toxic chemo, so strong they had to keep her close. Yet she laughed & joked through it. I never heard her complain, not once.
And then for reasons we'll never understand, we were cut out of her life. We were unable to be in contact with her for nearly 2 years. We wish as her friends we could have been by her side during her battle. We hope she knows how we thought of her so often & we wanted so badly to go shopping with her, one last time. God with God dear friend.
