Norman G. Osburn
December 10, 1938 – July 3, 2016
Norman G. Osburn passed from this life to his eternal life on July 3rd, 2016. He was born December 10, 1938 to Willard Preston and Lois Inez (Bradley) Osburn in Plainview, Texas. He moved to Manitou Springs as a child and graduated from high school there.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Willa Sue (Osburn) Gallegos and Ron Gallegos; two nephews and their wives; two great nephews; two great nieces; two aunts; several cousins and a dear family friend who helped him stay in his home after his stroke three years ago until recently.
The family benefited from his intense interest in genealogy. Norman was an interior decorator working in New York City and Boston before returning to Colorado Spring. He had a discerning eye for interesting and unique decorating items and enjoyed spending time searching for and collecting them.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Fairview Cemetery, Colorado Springs.
