Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ruth Gray can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Family, I don't have alot of memories of Aunt Ruth as our paths only crossed far to infrequently. Yet I do remember her coming to Modesto to visit my Mom (Andre) along with Aunt Freddye when I was a little girl. Aunt Ruth was always the ring leader and would hold on to her cup...she made me laugh and I wish I had gotten to know her better. Once when I traveled to Denver, I called her to say hello. We talked for awhile then she had to go because she was going to the casino. I asked her if it was safe to travel in the mountains, but she said "ain't nothing goin happen to me" and she was on her way. Cuzins, I don't know any of you very well and I'm sorry for that. I hope we can be in touch as I'm in Houston Texas and none of my Mothers family is near by.
I will keep you in my prayers and hope to see you someday soon.
